Due to too many time-wasting calls and texts that I receive, there are some things I want to make crystal clear:

  • Please respect my hours of business – no phone calls or texts after 8pm Weekdays, 6pm Saturdays, and no contact after 4pm Sundays.
  • If you are phoning me as a new customer, please phone me on the day you intend to visit – there is no need to phone for an appointment weeks ahead.
  • Our phone conversation for a first appointment can be kept to the point:  it is my experience of people I’m speaking to for the first time – if they then ask “what will I wear”, “what will I do to them”, this is all about trying to get an 0800 type chat, with no intention of making an appointment, with my time wasted.
  • I prefer to speak to first-time customers over the phone – ABSOLUTELY NO TEXTS PLEASE!
